The address above is our registered office and mailing address, for letters and legal notices. It is not a store, a warehouse or a returns address, so please do not send products there. To return an item, start on our Returns & Refunds page and we will email you the return address.

Write to desireenolwenn971@hotmail.com and a real person reads your message and answers it. We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. Please include your order number if you have one. Our Contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.
What we sell
SOYO sells everyday women's tops with the bra built in, and one brief to wear with them:
- Comfort Tank: a fitted tank in a smooth stretch knit, with a square neckline, wide straps and an inner support layer with two padded cups.
- Ribbed Cotton Tank: a fitted rib-knit tank with a scoop neckline and an inner shelf bra with two padded cups.
- Ribbed Long-Sleeve Top: a slim rib-knit top with a U-shaped neckline, long sleeves and a built-in bra with two padded cups.
- High-Waist Absorbent Brief: a high-rise brief with an absorbent layered panel in the gusset, made for light, everyday leaks. It is not a medical device.
Each color is its own product, with its own page and one price. Sizes run from S to 4XL depending on the product, and the size you choose never changes the price. Every order is a one-time purchase: we do not sell subscriptions.
This English website sells to customers in all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., in US dollars. Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas.
Prices, shipping and returns at a glance
- Prices are in US dollars (USD), with shipping and import duties included. Sales tax is added only where we are required to collect it, and it is shown before you pay.
- Import duties and customs fees are paid by us. If a carrier ever asks you for any, contact us and we will cover it in full.
- Shipping is included in the price; there is no separate delivery charge. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., with tracking on every order.
- Tops can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they have only been tried on, are unwashed and are in their original condition with any tags attached. For hygiene reasons, briefs can only be returned unopened in their sealed original packaging. A defective, damaged or wrong item is always replaced or refunded, even after it has been worn.
- Return shipping for a change of mind or a size that does not fit is paid by the customer, and the return address may be outside the United States, so international postage applies. For a defective, damaged or wrong item we cover it (prepaid label or refund of the cost).
- You can cancel an order at no charge until it ships.
- Online payment is being set up. Until it opens, no order can be placed and nothing can be charged on this website.

Governing law and disputes
Orders placed on this website are sold by NONO COSM LLC under the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out in our Terms of Sale. This choice of law does not take away any protection that the law of your own state gives you. Our Terms of Sale do not require arbitration and do not ask you to give up your right to go to court, to use small claims court or to join a class action. They do not limit your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer either. We simply ask that you contact us first, so we can try to put things right. See Resolving a problem.

Orders delivered in Japan are sold on our Japanese website, in Japanese yen, under Japanese terms. The seller information required by Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions is on our 特定商取引法に基づく表記 page.
