A question about a top or a brief, a size, an order, a delivery or a return? Write to us and a real person will answer.
We reply within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, except US federal holidays. Email is the way to reach us.
What to include
- Your order number, if you have one.
- The name and email address used for the order.
- The product or products concerned, with their color and size.
- A short description of what you need.
- For an item that arrived damaged, defective or wrong: photos of the item laid flat and of the problem up close, and photos of the packaging and the shipping label. Please never send a photo of yourself wearing the item: we do not need one.
- To change a shipping address: the full corrected address. Please write as soon as possible, because we cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

- Delivery times, tracking and delays: see Shipping.
- Returning an item, or an item that arrived damaged, defective or wrong: see Returns & Refunds. Please email us before you send anything back.
- A different size or color: return the item and place a new order, as explained in Returns & Refunds.
- Canceling an order before it ships: email us with your order number and "Cancel" in the subject line.
- A charge you do not recognize: email us with the date and amount, and we will help you right away.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, opt-out or appeal): email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy.
