What this policy covers
Our High-Waist Absorbent Brief is everyday underwear with an absorbent panel for light leaks. It is not a medical device, and we need no information about your health to sell it to you. Some state laws, such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law, may still treat the record that someone bought a product like this as consumer health data. Where they do, this page is our consumer health data privacy policy. It applies together with our Privacy Policy.
- What we collect: only the order record showing the products you bought, and anything you choose to tell us in an email. We do not ask about your health, and we do not use your purchase to draw any conclusion about it.
- Where it comes from: from you when you order or write to us, and from our payment provider and carriers about the status of your payment and delivery.
- Why we use it: only to provide the product you asked for: to take payment, ship and deliver your order, handle returns, refunds and claims, prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires. We would ask for your consent before using it for anything else.
- Who receives it: only the service providers listed in Service providers and other recipients (website host, payment provider, partner warehouse, carriers and customs brokers, email provider), and authorities when the law requires it. We have no affiliates. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never give it to anyone for their own purposes.
- No geofencing: we do not collect precise location and do not use geofencing.
- Your rights: you can ask us to confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, to access it, to receive the list of all third parties with which we have shared it and how to contact them, to withdraw any consent you gave, and to delete it. When we delete it, we also tell our service providers to delete it. Write to desireenolwenn971@hotmail.com with the subject line "Health data request". We answer within 45 days, which we may extend once by 45 more days when needed, telling you why. If we decline your request, you can appeal as described in Appeals; Washington residents can also contact the Washington State Attorney General, and Nevada residents the Nevada Attorney General.
